RGB Controllers

I want to build myself a new computer and want it to be fully RGB so all in black and then have everything light up with each other. So I wanted to ask whats the best RGB controller Asus Aura or something else and also what devices are compatible with each other. For instance if I would use Asus Aura do I have to get an Asus Gpu or could I use an evga one???
