Ram issues

Hi this is my first time on this forum, I am having issues with my ram. I have an asus rog Impact viii board with gskill trindent z 3200 ddr4 16gb dual ram kit and a 6600k stock speed. The problem is my pc freezes and crashes when I have both sticks installed. that being said each stick works solo regardless of dimm slot. I tried upgrading my psu but proved fruitless. sometimes I get the memory management bsod when the pc freezes. I am also running windows 10. anyone have any idea how to fix this

have you RMA'd the memory with G.Skill or tried other memory kits?

may be either board or memory pairing issue

I don't have any other kits to test and I am not sure what RMA stands for. This is my first build and it's been plaguing me since day 1

Return Merchandise Authorization. It's basically you sending the product back to the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Check with whoever made your RAM to see how the process should go. Each one varies in how they will take back products so make sure you know how they want it.

But can't it also be a motherboard issue. Either stick works fine solo in each slot but not together.
