Better processor for ue4 and cooling

Which processor will be better for applications like unity ue4 and maya 

I7 6800k or xenon e5 2620v4

 

in summers its >45℃ here (if affect the decision ?!)

And cpu cooler m getting is corsair h115i 280mm radiator in cabinte - corsair air 540

 

Will it be enough in such condition (cooling)

6800k as its faster, but you are comparing a 6c12t vs 8c16t
