AMD Build VS Intel Build

So I have heard some stuff about Intel CPU's being worlds better than AMD and the difference can be 30-40 fps, I live in Australia so the prices are trash but I've managed to find 2 relatively cheap PC's to build.

Intel is better with a 1050ti at least but your PSU is trash

Go with Intel it offers much more future. Also if you drop to i3 6100 you can save some money more and maybe try for a 1050 or 1050ti which are better. Also a 7th gen might not work w/o a BIOS update which requires a skylake on that mobo

 

PSU is trash btw, get a Corsair CX450M

I disagree 120GB fits the OS, and 3-5 games (depending on size). You can shuffle the games around as you play them.

2nd, the cheapest 1050ti i can find is $186, is the performance worth the extra $53

Not all PSU are built with the same quality it's like buying 2 cars with the exact same engine but one of them is made of cheese

80+ is ONLY a standard for efficiency, it has nothing to do with quality.

So I should go with the intel build and downgrade to a 6100, get a 1050ti and changes my psu? is the 1050ti much better than the RX 470 with the AMD chip

Yes 80+ or modular says nothing about the PSU quality.

An i3 build will still be better because you can upgrade it easily in the future without changing much components. Can you buy from other stores in Australia or only newegg?
