I typically tend to be a rather paranoid person when it comes to protecting my investment, so I check certain details quite frequently. Specifically, I constantly check my EVGA Precision X-OC software for information on my GPU temperatures. I don't enjoy having to alt+tab out of my game every time I get a little worried (nothing bad has ever happened to me on that front, but things don't happen until they do), so I was wondering if anyone would happen to know of software that I could overlay on my games (much like the Steam overlay) that would allow me to keep any window I choose as a part of the overlay (such as Precision X-OC, in my case). If I could have a simple shortcut that would allow me to bring up Precision X without ever leaving my game, that would relieve an unbelievable amount of stress. Thank you to anyone willing to help!

I don't know how I activated it, but Precision X does have some kind of overlay mode.

Actually, thank you, I just checked the OSD settings in Precision X, and there do appear to be helpful options! An overlay that does that for all programs would still be awesome, but this certainly works!
