windowed case mod

i was gonna add a window to my side panel so i can see my gpu's is this the correct way of doing it,

 

cut a whole using a dremel 

 

then sand it down to make it smooth 

 

add acrylic cleer sheet to the back of it using 3m scotch tape 

 

any tips ?

In basic terms yes, I would recommend to mask your panel and do you layout and cutting on that and to cut away from the lines and file towards it to straight and smooth things out. Also you many want to get a paint marker to touch up the cut metal edge. If you want more detailed info I have a guide on this under the Window Mod.

thanks  , just put in a new gpu yesterday so im gonna sort out my cable management today then start the mod next week
