Error when changing profile picture

I wanted to change my profile picture since it's not the holidays anymore, but I got an error code the 3 times I tried to change it. It's not an issue with the file size or format, can someone help me?

Can you try again, by visiting https://linustechtips.com/main/profile/370070-kelvinhall05/photo/ and uploading it from scratch. If that doesn't work, can you put the image in a zip/rar/etc file and post it here/send it to me so I can look into it further.
