I think this laptop has an M.2 ssd right? since I upgraded to m.2 drives in my desktop and laptop, I have the same "problem". It does not really bother me, I suspect its a problem with intels NVMe drivers

Make sure u check the cpu,ram and disk usage in your task manager if its reach 100% on one of em then come back again.

CPU Does hit 100% for a couple seconds then goes down but it seems that it kinda does that from time to time

Cpu spikes make sure u find which one is the causes a slight cpu spikes can cause lag.

Limit your startup program uncheck anything unnecessary

ok I will do, It happens when discord is being launched along with alot of other programs idk cause I disabled it and still see there is lag for about a second or two, Opening programs there is sometimes a lag inbetween then it loads

It happens only for me if the ssd is more than 70% occupied.

For more than a minute or so after startup?

I would say thats also normal, there wont be much you can do about it other that turn off auto-start on unnecessary programs
