You mean like immediatly after a start or if it was running for a while?

Like a couple seconds after, I was booting on the SSD

I think this laptop has an M.2 ssd right? since I upgraded to m.2 drives in my desktop and laptop, I have the same "problem". It does not really bother me, I suspect its a problem with intels NVMe drivers

Make sure u check the cpu,ram and disk usage in your task manager if its reach 100% on one of em then come back again.

CPU Does hit 100% for a couple seconds then goes down but it seems that it kinda does that from time to time

Cpu spikes make sure u find which one is the causes a slight cpu spikes can cause lag.

Limit your startup program uncheck anything unnecessary

It happens only for me if the ssd is more than 70% occupied.

oh ok It seems that there is just a minute or two where the CPU is spiking 50% to 100%

I wanna say for about 2 minutes it takes before there is no lag

I would say thats also normal, there wont be much you can do about it other that turn off auto-start on unnecessary programs
