you can buy those windows key from websites like G2A or Kinguin (im not sure if there are those sites in Australia) and you can probably get a cheaper case, maybe like the 100R. and you can also get a cheaper PSU if you want, but the PSU is up to you honestly.

That's not how bottleneck works. I have an i5 4460 and 480 4gb with 8GB RAM.

And although the Mobo have 4 slots for RAM, I'd still suggest going for 1x8 instead of 2x4GB, just make the whole upgrade things less of a problem if you move on to another MITX board with only 2 slot later or smt

And yeah, get Windows Key from ebay or whatever, it's like 5USD. Just make sure the seller have high reputation
