Skyrim Camera Glitch

So i downloaded skyrim and when i launched the game the camera was moving weirdly and then it just went crazy. How can i fix it? Here is a video of what what happened.

It looks like some ragdoll physics were active on your character somehow. Did you make a new save yet?

Nope. Just launched the game for the first time after re installing it as it happened before

What are all of your specs, and are you using a monitor with a refresh rate higher than 60hz?

My monitor is 144hz. Could that be an issue?

From what I've been Googling, yes. Skyrim's engine wasn't built to run over 60hz.

 

You should limit your fps to 60 either through a v-sync setting in the game or through your video card's control panel and see if that fixes it.
