Was wondering if I should go for a i7 6700k with a strix 1070 or i5 6600k with the 1070 (can someone tell me if this would bottleneck on cpu intensive games) to save some money. Or to save even more money I was wondering if I should go with the rx 480/gtx 1060.

Here is my current build plan, I feel confident with the other parts except for the cpu and gpu:

Yes. It's a nice cooler. You can add extra case fan if you like

So should I use the strix 1070 or the evga ftw 1070? I dont really think the games I play currently are worthy of the 1080

@Wonderhead Why the hell did this one get brushed aside, this is a much better build for the money, better PSU, much better GPU and a 7700K. My only issues would be the SSD (sort at purchase imo, get a 250gb as a boot drive, 128gb fills fast) and the CPU cooler which you could swap out later. Dont get me wrong, the 212 is great, but the 7700k is a hot beast especially at 5ghz

Ive had a lot of good experiences with Adata, acts as a samsung 850 evo. That's why I always choose it. Not sure why people don't like it.

212 can be swapped out in the future. Still good for overclocking though. @stealth80
