ms Store wont open

So I finally upgraded to windows 10 anniversary and I cant open the windows store. one thing to note is that unlike before the update the MS store I con is the blue box with a shopping bag inside it...

any help?

You should probably try to contact microsoft. Their support staff is very helpful when it comes to fixing problems with the OS or other microsoft services.
