Peripherals don't work

Hello all,

 

I have linked my Reddit Post above but basically I keep running into the same issue with my peripherals not being recognized by my PC and therefore are rendered useless. I'm not sure if it was because of the recent Windows update or what but I have tried driver updates (logging into my PC via team viewer because I can't even get to my desktop). I've factory restored it 3 times and each time this happens to me. 

 

It's extremely frustrating not having a working PC and any information/help would be so greatly appreciated.

How are your periphials connected? through a hub? are the periphials working (test it on another pc)

try using a ps2 keyboard to troubleshoot in the bios

They are connected via the USB ports right from the Motherboard. I have tried them on other PCs and yes they do work - they even work when I enter the UEFI

I tried that as well to no avail. Everything works in the UEFI but as soon as Windows boots, nothing responds

Try using another usb port, it sounds like its broken

sounds like the usb drivers went out, but windows should have default usb drivers

try reinstalling mobo drivers using a remote desktop if you have that ability

I'm going to try this, thanks for the advice. If it doesn't work, I'll be back lol
