8gb or 16gb

Hey I am about to build my computer all I need is the CPU and ram I am going to have a i7 6700k gtx 1060 corsair h100i v2 250 gb ssd and all of that now what I am wondering is if 8gb of ram is enough I am going to be doing light video editing and web surfing and mainly cs go. Now what is the speed difference between applications with 8 or 16 thanks

You'll be fine with 8GB. You can add extra 8 later down the road

8GB is probably enough for your needs but if 16GB is less then double in a kit or combo pack then why not future proof? :)

8GB is the minimum, 16GB is the recommended amount.

I would go with the 8gb if budget is tight. 16gb is a sweet spot, but can be costly.
