So I've been messing with my overclock setting for a while now slowing trying to find out what setting would be the best, but my computer acts really weird sometimes when I overclock. The highest settings I've been able to get is 4.5ghz at 1.4v on my AMD FX-8370. At sometimes it will run fine for hours playing CPU intensive games or  just browsing the internet, but sometimes after playing a game for just 5 min my PC crashes. I've been monitoring my CPU temps and usage and they seem fine. Also in Chrome while watching YouTube or Twitch I'll get a "Aw, Snap!" message. For now I just refresh the page and it fixes it but not permanently. When I turn off overclocking it fixes all my problems, but I want to overclock to get good performance and 4.5ghz seems to get good for the games that I play. I'm wanting to know if anyone else has heard of these problems and may know how to fix it. If you have any other questions just ask.

PC Specs:

AMD FX-8370 Eight-Core Processor

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

ASRock 970M Pro3

16gb RAM

EDIT: CPU cooler Corsair H50
