No, you don't refill or change a prefilled loop, only custom loops.

Hey,

I'm thinking about building my first pc with liquid cooling, but heard that it requires that you change it every 6 months. But i also heard that a prefilled cooler doesn't need refilling and was wondering if it was correct?

Depends on the kit. There are several that would need it, as they aren't sealed.
