PC Build for Friend

So my friend has expressed how she would like me told help her build a form factor pc.  She plans on doing a lot of art on it with her bamboo pad and some animation stuff.  also she was planing top dabel in some games.  I was haveing a hard time trying to find some decent components from components i trust from my some what decent pc building experience.  And one last thing how much do you guys feel like having two drives one SSD for boot programs and a HHD for mas storage is important.  Thanks for the Help

Budget? Also, having multiple drives are fine if she has a lot of mass files.

i do it to don`t have any problems with gaming etc

sorry meant to put the budget in there i woluld like to keep it under $800 with windows ten and no peripherals

Maybe that with a i5 6500 or 7500 and more ssd storage like 240 gb for her main games

Id probably go on the route of a non overclockable quad core (like a i5 7400 or 6400) 8-16gb ram since its mini itx i wouldnt overclock, a 1050ti probs, and that phanteks enthoo evolve itx looks cool. 120-240gb boot drive, and 1tb hdd.

4 is enough and this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NKQRCy would do.  If you want to save some money, go for 8 gb of ram.

They would need a previous Skylake to update the BIOS, and 270 motherboards are pricier so I would stick with Skylake.
