Good tablet?

What's a good cheap tablet for my mom too use? She'll mostly be web browsing and the occasional YouTube video, I was thinking the cheapest fire tablet (iirc it has 1 gig of ram) but will it be a good experience for her? It's only like 50 bucks so do you guys think it's a good option? Or would giving her my iPad mini 1st gen be better? No set budget but the cheaper the much better.

Your iPad mini 1 is perfect for her. If you need a new one get the 2nd worst fire tablet (Can't remember the name).

I was hoping someone wouldn't say it was perfects cause I still occasionally use it on iMessage
