Please help me

Every time I attempt to boot, this happens. The mouse will not move, ctrl alt delete does nothing, and my computer does this indefinitely, I have let it run for a long time and nothing changes. This is my budget rig consisting of a gigabyte r7 360 mini, a gigabyte F2A88XM-D3HP motherboard, an AMD quad core, 8 gigs of ddr3, and one terabyte of hard drive. I have a Tronfy projector hooked up via HDMI 1.4. I have a Wifi adapter dongle and the beep code says everything is ok.

Is this during the bios or when starting up windows? Can you acces the bios If not do a CMOS reset.

I have a bootable USB drive with windows 10 on it but cannot get to the boot menu before this happens. This is when I simply turn the computer on and do not touch anything

So your OS is on the USB drive?

 

Anyway could be that your fast boot is enabled. But that can cause problems since USB ports for example are not activated yet until you are in windows.

 

To solve it (if this is the case) you must get in the bios and disable it. You have a PS/2 port for mosue/keyboard I assume so conenct via that port should be able to use a keyboard where you can mash delete to get into bios. Fast boot is often found under advanced and possible something called windows 8/8.1 options or similar. Check manual just in case.
