My Brother was cleaning my Laptops back panel and he also showed me how ti remove HDD. Then I turned on Laptop, it booted normally everything was ok, but when I click on My Computer or Control Panel in Start Menu or everything else it says UI cannot be recognized or component is missing and all icons are white. What should I do? Will windows reinstall and format HDD help? It is Windows 7
