Hello,

I'm looking for an alternative solution to replace the PowerBoost 1000C in my project. I'm currently using it to charge a LiPo battery and also provide a steady voltage to my Raspberry Pi.

The problem is the price, at just over £20 it's very expensive... Are there any alternatives out there?

Thank you.

There are some alternatives for a lot cheaper on ebay. However I think you need to use 2 boards, one for charging and another for boosting.

Answered my own question, the ones i've ordered have specific pads on the charging board to connect to a boost circuit.

Thank you!

No worries! if you need more help with electronics/coding I'll happily help!
