India.1 US dollar = 65 Indian rupee

however since stuff is very expensive in India, I used 1$=80Rs to get the approximate cost.

So we can part this out in 3500 USD? Also, what sort of gaming experience are you looking for (high resolution, high refresh rate, both?)? and what sort of aesthetic are you looking for (at least a colour scheme would be helpful here)?

I would like to play games like doom 4 on full settings if that's possible with my budget.

If your budget is 3500 USD, this is VERY possible. 3500 bucks gives you the "best of the best" hardware you could want to have in every slot. You could even easily afford to SLI in that price bracket, but I chose to spend some of the budget elsewhere (since if you don't know what parts to put in your system, you probably aren't ready to deal with the hassles of SLI). You can decide what you want for mouse/keyboard... I just threw in some price holders and some good options for that, but there are so many to choose from and so many reasons to choose them that you should really make that decision for yourself.

Up to you if you decide you like the aesthetic or not. You could also spend quite a bit less on a system and still get great performance; this largely this comes down to your choice of monitor, and if you decide you want high fps and/or high resolution. If all you're interested in is 1080p, 60hz gaming then this system can be A LOT cheaper. Also, there are some superfluous choices in this build (such as a high capacity m.2 drive), a premium monitor, as well as some choices made for aesthetic reasons (such as the X62 CPU cooler, you could get similar performance out of something much cheaper like a Cryorig R1 Ultimate air cooler). You can definitely play around with the options if you want to save yourself some money or change the aesthetic, but this is just a generic build based on a neutral aesthetic that most people would find agreeable since you weren't specific about what you might want.

The ssd you suggested-Samsung 960 evo 1tb, is not available in india. I checked on multiple sites but no luck. Any alternatives?the cooler is also not available.

well you probably don't need such a fast SSD. pretty much any 2.5" SSD would do the trick. get it in whatever capacity you wish. something like an A-data SP550, Crucial MX300, samsung 850 EVO, or anything along those lines would be good. You also needn't get it in a 1TB capacity. Would be lots cheaper to get a 240-250GB SSD and pair it with a 1-2TB HDD.

However if you really want M.2 NVMe speeds, the intel 600p (in its 250GB, 500GB or 1TB capacities, don't buy anything smaller as they are slower at that point) is a good budget friendly option and has good specs for gamers. the samsung 950 pro has also been out for a while so it may be available.
