its 450w and its enough for gtx 660 and i want answer on question .

If your "450w" does not have it own PEG cable, then it is more than likely based on an archaic design that is not suited to power a primarily 12V system. It was made to power a 3.3/5V system well over a decade ago.

A molex connector has one 12V, one 5V, and two ground. A 6/8-pin PEG connector has three 12V and three ground (6pin) or five ground (8pin). The 5V wire isn't require on the adapter so that's why you see a missing pin.

i bought 2 molex to 6 pin(i havenot received it yet) for my gtx 660 but  i noticed it has 3 male pins on molex  when normal female molex has 4 pins, i have also seen 2 pins  on molex and i wanted to know if its gonna give me any issues. what are 2 and 3 pins for ?

Woah, woah hold on a minute.. with molex to PCI-E you're running your GPU and CPU on the same rail.. what PSU?

If you mean the internal pins on the connector, it just uses less power.

idk

here's a piece of advice: never use those molex to pcie adapters unless you know REALLY DAMN WELL what you're doing.

if the power supply doesnt have the necessary pcie connectors, that most likely means you're not supposed to power that kind of GPU with it.
