Motherboard Overheating

Just as the title suggests, my motherboard is overheating and causing my comp to freeze entirely at times. The problem happened out of no where and i have no idea what caused it or how to fix it, do i buy a new mobo?

What's the motherboard's model? Based on my experience, some H series motherboard doesn't report correct temperature on HWMONITOR.

This is a prebuilt system from asus the mobo is a M11AD series
