Disabling Legacy USB Reset

So i screwed up big.

My mouse and keyboard wouldn't work in windows, and i was messing around in BIOS and i disabled Legacy USB, assuming that it would make my Mouse and keyboard work by disbaleing the bad ports or something. 

Stupid i know. 

How do i make my mouse and keyboard work again?

read the manual

 

normally its a header, or remove the battery.
