first of all, do you have the hardware? and i believe it operates automatically. you can customize settings using msi afterburner or evga precision or other similar programs.

it has a default mode that will safetly overclock your gpu till you hit 80c but if you want to adjust it you will have to download evga precisionx (Nvidia only) of msi afterburner(nvidia & AMD)

GPU Boost 2.0 is in a sense is integrated into the Hardware of the GPU die and software (like MSI afterburner/EVGA precision) this can be changed once you've downloaded the appropriate/newest drivers for your graphics card
