Need help from any Access wizards

Hi,

 

I've been asked to create a Database for a customer and I'm quite new to it myself so I was hoping someone would be able too suggest a method to complete what I need to do. 


Basically, the idea is that he runs a Walking Holiday company that requires him to book accommodation for his customers, which is where the database comes in. He wants to create an itinerary by just selecting a different B&B for each day. I've attached an image of what i have so far.

 

What I want to do is for him to select a B&B but then have all of the information from that selected B&B to appear in the information boxes to the right of it. 

 

What can I do to complete this?
