HyperX could 2 mic not workiing

so i have had this problem for a while now and I don't know what caused it.

Information: 
I am running windows 10 (not activated) 
I know that the mic and dongle works fine If i plug a iphone earphones to the dongle instead of the hyperx headset with the mic it works 
I have tried uninstalling the hyperx drivers and then reinstalling 
I have tried uninstalling discord, teamspeak and skype to see if they where taking control over the mic
I haved tried disabeling the "allow programs to take exclusive control of this device" 
I haved tried using usb 3.1, usb 3.0 and usb 2.0 non of them has worked
I haved tried using the mic on my Iphone, the mic workes fine there
I have noticed if i go to playback devices and leves the microphone headset bar is at zero and I can't move it. I'm not sure if that's why my mic isent working since when I'm using the iPhone earphones it also says that but the mic still workes on them

Ifeel like I have tried everything and nothing works. There Is 2 things that could help which is either to do a clean reinstall of windows or active windows with a key. I am open for suggestions

is the mic set as deafult communications and regular default? if so, check in the hyperx software to see if mic volume is up
