Best camera for recording videos with 100-150 dollar budget?

I want to get something for my birthday so I decided to opt for a camera. Any good video cameras for my budget? I would like something that has great quality video recording features if possible.

LOL you want a good video camera that has great quality video for 100-150 ? Ehhh no , not going to happen .

It can happen. I am not looking for 4k. Looking for 1080p I have seen many good cameras for that price range, just wanted honest non-biased people to respond.

I wouldn't consider a compact camera good quality since personally I use a DSLR . A phone could probably outperform any compact camera that's within 100-150 . If you really want a compact camera then get the Nikon coolpix

Tbh for 100-150 a camera wont get much better than a phones. Sure you will probably see some slight benefit but its going to be marginal. 

 

My advice would be to try and save up for a larger amount. It will make more sense to buy then imo.
