Are all HDMI same size?

Any regular size HDMI (not Mini or Micro-HDMI) cable will work with it. The latter two may work with an adapter.

The HD 7850 only supports up to HDMI 1.3 IIRC so while any cable will work with it, you're limited to what HDMI 1.3 supports in terms of resolution, refresh rate, and/or color space, amongst other features.
