Aida64 stress test

Are these GPU (RX 480) activity spikes normal for AIDA64 v5.80 Stress test (30mn testing)? Temperatures are ok.

Yep they're fine.

63 degress at peak isn't high at all, you can easily push that Card to around 80-85 degress.

I know, but on this temp is very quiet. I won't probably overclock it because I read that there is not big difference between 1300 and 1350mhz. Is that correct?

You are correct. OCing a graphics card will net you a few FPS, at most.

One more question: 

Today in Doom demo I leave game open in one location (60mn), didn't play just opened it, and gpu activity was like EKG but fps was constant. In Unigine Valley I run benchmark 10 times and every time I get prrety much the same fps. Is it wrong reading or gpu doesn't work correctly?

More information:

 

In doom minimal fps is 42, average 60, maximum 93. In tomb raider benchmark minimal fps is 44. I tried that benchmark and every time it gave the same results. In tomb raider gpu temp is 70C, fans are constantly spinning, and suprising Gpu load was at 100 all the time in benchmark(30mn) but in Doom temp is 55-60c, fans are turning on and of, gpu load going up and down. I think there is a connection in that...

AMD ReLive introduced this power saving feature that made the GPU do less work for, well, saving power. It's called Radeon Chill or something like that.
