PC newb looking for help

I am building a PC for gaming and video work and a have decided on a build

(based on recommendations locally )

Processor            - i7 6700K                                             - 1340AED or 365$

Motherboard    - Gigabyte Z170                                 - 585AED or 159$

Ram                       - 8GB DDR 4 HyperX                        - 225AED x 2 or 122$

SSD                        - 1 TB Samsung 850 Evo                 - 1325AED or 361$

HDD                       - 2TB Seagate                                     - 265AED or 73$

Graphic Card      - ASUS 8GB GTX1070                      - 1735AED or 473$

CPU Cooler         - Cooler Master T4 Hyper             - 175AED or 48$

Casing                     -  Gigabyte SUMU                            - 475AED or 130$

Mouse                  - Logitech G402                                 - 185AED or 50$

Monitor               - Samsung LU28E590DS UHD 4K - 1800AED or 490$

I am looking for this level of performance but I have gone a bit over budget.

I need to know if it possible to change the components to reduce the price and keep the performance.

(also pls tell me if I did something wrong)

(Edit)
after listening to you guys suggestions  I am gooing with a 500gb ocz SSD, a 1080p 144hz display and  a 240mm radiator, I will stick with 16gb of RAM and look for a case that's a lot cheaper, I think I'll switch to an ASUS motherboard

so could you help me look for a case(it has to be compatible of course and it must have a side panel window and a reasonable number of fans included)

my opinion that you should reduce the ssd to 500gig and get a bigger hdd should help budget alot Another thing worth looking into is to get 2x 250gig ssds and put them in raid0 (stripped) which will increase peformance

8 GB really isn't enough anymore, I would go for 16.

i think he said it was 8GB and it said x2 at the end so i assume it would 16GB but i would agree with u

Change the SSD to a 500GB one, and the 850 EVO tends to be overpriced anyway so look for a different one like a Crucial MX300.

That cooler you chose won't let you overclock much at all. Look for a Cooler Master MasterAir Pro 5, or a Cryorig H7 or H5. That's also a lot of money for a computer case. Should be able to find one for less money.

Also you'll have to turn settings down if you want to play in 4K with a 1070. Should still be playable though.

You can use PcPartPicker and change price and currency (i think) manually.

Edit: Not currency.

I suppose that's true. The post isn't even that bad though, imo.

In the US there is only a 10$ difference between the 6700k and the 7700k. in most cases I would say upgrading is foolish, but if you're already spending that much, you might as well be on the bleeding edge!

I don't know where you are shopping, but there are GTX1070's available in the US for wayyyy closer to $400. Also you need to add in what kind of gigabyte Z170.

Also I would look into a cheaper air cooler. Not sure what they go for where you are, but they go for $35 here.
