Really need help with PC! No display.

Hello everyone, I back with another problem  So I was playing CSGO and it starts lagging I was thinking why, I checked everything until I realise my CPU is overheating and its 100 celsius temperature. So I turned my pc off instantly and removed termopaste from fan and from cpu then I add some of it on cpu and fan and put it again, but when I turned my pc on, everything was spinning but no display on monitor. So I un-mount my cpu fan and cpu again cleared it and put CPU again BUT WITHOUT FAN ONLY CPU IN THE SOCKET and replaced it like 2 times nothing happened

 

So what I did more:

I was replacing RAM's and after no working used old 2 gb ram and it didnt work too.

Reset CMOS

Replaced GPU and tried another one.

Check all PINS are normally connected.

 

Just have to say that PSU is working rly loudly, like when I turn pc it start making loud sound and some beeps. And when I changing cpu I accidently left a little bit on CPU back side on those yellow things, but I nicely removed that. Thanks for any help!

System specs? What CPU, what cooler? What power supply. Overclocked? 

 

The PSU shouldn't beep... that I know of. I'd test to see if it's working.

Are you getting a motherboard beep code with no ram inserted?

Well this PC is super OLD but I still can play some good games.

 

CPU: Intel Duo Core E8400 3.00 ghz

MOBO:P5G41T-MLX

No overclocks

SOCKET: LGA775 ill drop photo of CPU socket I think its bcs of that. Brb

Theres no beeps anymore, just psu loud sound ;x
