Will windows stay?

If im getting a new motherboard, cpu, and RAM will the current version of windows stay on the pc?

No, (Yes to OP) You can plug the old drive into the new system and it will work, no  re install needed, maybe uninstall GPU drivers but even without that should still work. 

If it's an OEM key, you may have activation issues, but it might work.

If retail key, no problems.

Its stored in SSD/HDD. So in theory yes. But if you have Win7, OEM  Win8/.1, there will be issues.

I have never had a problem with OEM keys and new mobos. So people seem to have different experiences.
