Recommendation for a Soundsystem

Hi, my mate wants to buy a Soundsystem within the next few days.

He is looking for something like Harman kardon soundstick3 Or the razer Leviathan because they have the 50% offer with razerinsider in EU tomorrow

 

His budget is~ 200bucks

I dont know razers soundquality but 50% Discount Sounds Not so overpriced

These are great for the money https://www.amazon.com/Fluance-SX6-Definition-Bookshelf-Loudspeakers/dp/B00067OS0A so are these https://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-SP-BS22-LR-Designed-Bookshelf-Loudspeakers/dp/B008NCD2LG and since their only 130 maybe you could throw in something else like a cheap amp or dac or anything else i don't really know.
