Air 740 Size?

I'm looking to buy a corsair carbide air 740 case for my fx 9590 build. The air 740 compatibility says 'ATX (Up to 272mm)' for motherboards. Will the gigabyte ga-990fxa ud3 r5 motherboard fit in the case? Also, will the Noctua nh d15 cooler dual and single fan fit in the case too? The maximum height for the cpu cooler in the air 740 is 170mm. If anyone could help, that would be awesome.
