Stuck in Dead Space 3?

Stuck with 3 weapons on chapter 10 during the boss fight, the item finder gun, flamethrower and a powerful gun that only really inflicts enemies to push them off, tried all 3 nothing, is my play over unless I restart from the beginning?

try going back to a previous save. Also dont forget to use those TN panels

Restarted the chapter with different guns, now stuck on the beginning or so of chapter 17 with the triangle door, just lights up when I use the station thing to match it up
