Deciding between GPU's

Trying to save money but don't know if the downgrade is worth it. Red Devil RX470 is on Newegg for 160 plus rebate which is a stellar deal, but I've been looking towards the 480 for a while now. The Sapphire Nitro+ for 210 to be specific. Saving the $50 would be fantastic and allow me to complete the build quicker, but I don't know if the performance downgrade is worth it. I play DayZ, CSGO, Overwatch, Arma, BF1, GTAV, and H1Z1 at 1080p60 but would like to go 1080p144 soon.

@Droidbot Wish I could man, working a nearly minimum wage job at 16 just won't allow me to get the build done with the extra $100 in the time I want.

You could just go with the RX 480 4GB tho. I don't believe there's much of a performance difference in a lot of games, but don't quote me on that.
