Hdd not loading?

So I built my pc. 

I installed windows. 

And the only storage device I can use is the Ssd. (Windows is installed there)

but under device manager I can locate 1tb wd blue hdd. 

I don't know how to explain 

 

do I need to find drivers for the hdd?

Did you check to see if it's visible under Disk Management?

Right click on the bottom left of the screen , Select "Disk Management" . Right click on the unallocated drive and create a new partition , it'll show up once you're done creating it
