Final checking on my build

Sooo... it's me again :D I've finally settled down on what I want and ordering the parts on february, but I want to hear your opinion on it and what you would change or keep. I tried for it to be as balanced as possible. If you want, feel free to make a build around my budget which is -1,150 USD withOUT shipping- no more than that, and the prices have to be from amazon since I live outside the US.
