no, its a risk buy. you only risk buy when you can miss the money.

I seen a extremely cheap Iphone 6 but i already own a phone and don't feel like IOS anymore but i could sell it back for a higher price? idk i don't have much money i can afford it but i can't afford to lose all of my money after i bought 

 

I mean i just want to know if its a good deal
