Fan Headers!

Ok I have the krait gaming 3x motherboard, which will be going into my corsair crystal 460x rgb case. The problem im having is that I purchased 3 more fans of the same kind that came in the case originally (Corsair SP120 rgb fans) My motherboard only supports 3 fan headers and they're all 4 pin while my fans are 3 pin. Is there some peripheral im able to purchase that will solve this?

1. 3 pin fan on 4 pin header wont matter.

Most of the y splitters im looking at are all 4 pin again. Would I still be able to connect the 3 pin into the 4 pin splitters without compromising fan speed or power?

Yes no problem, they are 4 to accommodate all fans with only 1 product.
