I only bought this headset a few months ago and its been really good. it has virtual surround sound so has been really helpful whiles ive been playing games like overwatch where you can hear players behind you etc. For some reason my headset has decided that anything behind me in game is not going to be heard. so basically if someone is behind my shooting and making loud noises i dont hear it at all. ive tried restart. unplugging etc. messing around with logitech gaming software. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Are any of your cables cut? If not check the sockets its plugged into and try other ones. If that doesn't work it might be a fault in the headset itself such as getting disconnected from the chip that decides where this sound is being converted then sent to.

All looks good to me. it fixed itself the other day and its started doing it again now. its gonna be hard to check wires because they are all build into this cable management system, but at the same time they shouldnt be damaged if they are all sealed up.

Have you recently or at all yanked or pulled very hard on the headset cables?
