Best wire strippers under 20

I always just use scissors and easily cut the insulation all the way around and pull it off.

Unless you are going to do a lot of wire stripping, just use scissors. I use this http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/mastercraft-calibrated-wire-stripper-0529938p.html#srp for most of my stuff..

I am doing some psu sleeving, so I am stripping a lot of wires, and equal cuts would be good.
