Hi, my name is Alex.

I had the same problem couple times in the past but just by unplugging every connector from the mobo and plugging it again would solve it.

The problem is that, yesterday my PC was running just fine, but when I turnt it off to while I went to sleep when I tried to power it on again it just wouldnt start.

Like I said, it only happened 2 or 3 times since I bought all the parts for my pc but just by unplugging and pluggin everything from the psu to the mobo would get rid of it, but today it happened again and I did everything I know but it might be that the psu i dead. I just want to know your thoughts.

I have a Tacens mars PSU 800w 80plus.

(I tried another plug in the wall just in case it was that, I tried also a different cable just in case the cable was damaged)

Thanks!

My mobo is a MSI 970 gaming, it has couple of leds that turn on when the computer is on.

When I press the power button just nothing happens (I checked the front pannel connectors and are all plugged in correctly)

Haven't tried that yet, I can't remember what 2 holes i have to jump with the paperclip.

Im gonna try right now, I'll edit this message in a couple of minutes when I test this out.

Edit: I tried what is shown in the video and the PSU fan doesn't start spinning. The psu i dead I assume.

I mean it is a PSU I've never heard of so it might be time to replace it, yeah.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
