I've bought a Pre -built computer because I couldn't build my own. I only want to know which should I upgrade for decent 4k gaming.
Motherboard:  Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
CPU : AMD 6300
Memory:   Patriot Viper 3 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
GPU:  MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB GAMING X 3G Video Card
COOLER:   Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
MONITOR:  Samsung LU28E590DS/ZA 28.0" 3840x2160 60Hz Monitor   1MS

I was thinking upgrading to the AMD 8350 since I don't have aM4 for ZEN.
I was thinking of getting a AMD graphics card with 8gb Vram( and free sync would work with my monitor)

I don't know where to sell computer parts as well :)

You definitely won't get 4k performance from an RX480 or GTX 1060. Your CPU is a big bottleneck right now anyway, so upgrade that first. FX8370 or an i5 4690(k) or so would be good if you want to move to haswell and keep your DDR3. You could find a FX8350 for cheap when zen drops in all likelyhood too.

Personal build >  New-ish AMD main gaming setup

   PLEASE QUOTE OR @ ME FOR A RESPONSE xD

I have the same monitor and GPU and i can game ok if i change resolution to 1080p or keep it native but change quality to medium or low.

I have a better CPU than you.

I think if you want better you need to upgrade both CPU and GPU

for saving a decent amount of $$  in the long run, consider moving to skylake / kaby lake so you could upgrade more later

if you dont want to do that at least move to a fx 8350 or higher (maybe get one used)

for 4k gaming you need a gtx 1070 at least.

So,

first upgrade the cpu

then the gpu

if (you want to reply) {

}

else {

 DONT

}
