Good cheap gaming build?

Can someone give me a nice cheap gaming build mainly for indie games, I was thinking an rx 460. My budget would be hopefully under 300 but I can go up to around 400 (I know itll be closer to 400 for best performance, I'll accept that) SO can someone make me a build? (I'm looking at you @deXxterlab97)

I don't know if we are allowed to post ebay link anymore. It is still under discussion though. But until we hear an official confirmation I guess we can do that

i was just thinking performance wise used parts are the best.
