HELP - Can't remove certain files

So recently i lent my idiot brother my computer for abit and when i checked back, i realise he had tried to install untrustworthy files and stuff.

I tried to delete them but they seem to be running invisibly and won't let me uninstall them.

NAME OF FILES : PhylumA, MOL_point_keygen_19dbhs6, overwatch downloader 

i don't know how to remove these!!

let malware byes scan and remove them if they are threats also make sure the don't run on startup and uninstall them then

I am running Malware Bytes and Norton at the same time, hope it works lol

Don't run them simultaneously, if that's what you meant by "at the same time"

ugh, dont let family use your computer man, worse thing you can do, especially if they aren't qualified in working with computers, try malwarebytes.

Turns out the Mol thingamajig is a adware, but malwarebytes only detected this
