so i just got the G900 which so far i live but i have one very annoying issue the software it uses is not working well for me at all.  it works fine when its plugged in but as soon as you go wireless the program doesnt respond nor does it even open.   using Windows 10

That's an issue with the dongle, most likely. Are you trying older drivers?

yes i have tried older drivers none have worked it only works if its plugged in so far

Find the location of LGS. Delete any files you have in the folder. And then delete. Sometimes an issue occurs where the previous settings don't get deleted and if they're corrupt, they will stay as such upon reinstall.

 

Make sure to save your profiles if you have any.

anyone have any insight on this? this makes it very hard to use wirelessy as i cant even check the battery level of the mouse

Can you check Device Manager under HID and Mice? Make sure to show hidden devices. Check for any that reference Logitech.

I would just not use the software because I've been having problems with it to recently (similar ones) and just uninstalled it. Everything works fine after that.

yeah but how do you know when to charge the mouse?

The lights on the mouse starts to blink red. You can still get 5-10mins out of it even with the red lights on so plenty of time to find the cable to plug it in. There's also a battery indicator built in VIA the DPS lights when you first turn the mouse on.
