Need Builds for First PC

Budget: $1000 with up to $200 over. To elaborate, I am willing to pay up to $200 more for shipping and if I can get a few better parts by paying a little more otherwise I want to stay close to $1000

Location: Minnesota, US

Aim: High to very high graphics, smooth 60fps, 720p or 1080p, a little streaming and video editing, not looking for overclocking,

Periphreals: Monitor and headset

Other Things: I will be needing an OS, a wireless card, I don't really care about asthetics on or in the PC, one monitor, I would prefer it if the parts can be bought on Amazon with Prime, and I may be buying my new PC in the next few days but I may need to delay it to the end of the month if my budget demands it

 

Please tell me if I missed something you'd need to know.

I think for now I'll leave it out and on a later date buy one, but some suggestions for good ones would be very helpful.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zMVCM8 here is the starting point for a build if you wanted to not pay to much for it. you can use the extra money in your budget to upgrade some of the part to better ones also you may want to get an aftermarket cpu cooler as the ones that come with intel cpus are kinda bad but it isn't necessary.

I guess he should get the Z270, Intel is advertising the KabyLake processors with some exclusive features like 4K Netflix. May be in the long run he would get a 4K monitor, and enjoy his favorite Netflix shows in crispy details which might give him a better chance of having a "Netflix and Chill" date. And also he'll have bragging rights of having the latest CPU and mobo. Just saying.
Plus, 7th processors have better single core performance than 6th-gen. SO ya, why not.

Only due to their higher stock clocks, compare them clock to clock and there's only a marginal difference.

It does everything well. The CPU in that motherboard is what amounts to an i7-6700k that can be overclocked, and you've got plenty fast memory and a cooler to match. Sure you might have been able to fit in a GTX 1070, but that would be overkill for 1080p 60fps, whereas the Xeon (i7-6700k equivalent) may actually be useful to you for video editing and streaming to twitch.

 

...plus the build will look badass too.

The 850 EVO is $15.88 more than the AMD SSD. You get an extra 2 years warranty with the Samsung, and an extra 10GB of storage. I would say that alone is worth the extra money.
